Who we are

CODE is not just a gym, it’s a comprehensive approach to well being with a focus on community. Fitness, health, and wellness, in a community of neighbors, friends, and co-workers all striving to be their best self, supporting each other along the way. You belong here. 

Fitness, health, and wellness is not all or nothing. Building sustainable practices and habits that can be dialed up or down depending on your seasons of life is important for maintaining consistency and achieving well being long term.

  • FITNESS

    Physical activity isn’t just for your body, it’s for your mind too! A recent expansive analysis of 100’s of meta-studies concluded that physical activity should be viewed as first-choice treatment for mental health issues. All forms of exercise can benefit mental health. It’s actually 1.5x more effective at reducing mild to moderate symptoms of depression, psychological stress, and anxiety than medication or cognitive behavior therapy.

    Our CODE Community Wellness Managers are here to help you find your fitness! Movement doesn’t have to feel like a chore. With our guidance you’ll feel confident and cared for whether you’re doing one on one sessions, tackling one of our online programs, walking on the treadmill, or popping in for a yoga event.

    Health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well being. At CODE we strongly believe in the social aspect of health. We will be fostering this through events and activations like Run Club, Community Workouts, Yoga pop ups, and more.

  • WELLNESS

    Wellness is the act of practicing healthy habits on a daily basis to attain better physical and mental health outcomes. At CODE our goal is to teach you habits and practices that are sustainable, cultivate your well being, and make you more resilient to whatever life throws at you.
