Ready to lace up and hit the pavement?! Running, jogging, and walking has numerous science backed benefits from improving your cardiovascular health to reducing stress and what better way to do it than surrounded by your friends, furry friends, and neighbors! Run, Walk, Bark Club is designed for individuals of all fitness levels who share a passion for running, jogging, or walking. Run Club takes place on the 2nd Wednesday of every month (April-October)
All Levels Welcome - Whether you're a seasoned runner, a casual jogger, or just looking to add some steps to your day, our Run Club is open to all paces
Find Your Pace- groups for speedy runners, those seeking a happy medium, and those who prefer a relaxed pace
